Orders & Processing​​

Are your pieces handmade?

Most of our jewelry is handcrafted, using traditional lost wax casting and hand-assembled gemstone bead techniques. Each piece is made with care, attention to detail, and love for the craft. We also offer a curated collection of pieces sourced from around the world.

 

What does made-to-order mean?

Made-to-order pieces are created specifically for you after your purchase. This allows us to focus on quality, craftsmanship, and unique design. Some items are ready-to-ship, while others are made-to-order.

 

How long does it take to process my order?

Ready-to-Ship Items: 1–6 business days

Made-to-Order Items: Up to 6 weeks

Processing time does not include shipping. Business days exclude weekends and Canadian public holidays.

Shipping

What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer Standard and Express shipping. Express shipping speeds up transit time only and does not affect processing.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary by method and destination. Orders over $200 CAD qualify for free standard shipping within Canada. Standard shipping rates apply to orders under $200. Express shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times vary by carrier, destination, and shipping method. Times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to select international locations. If you are outside Canada and would like to place an order, please contact us with our location and order details, and we'll do out best to accommodate your request. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees.

 

What if my package is lost or stolen?

We are not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost, we will assist where possible with the carrier.

 

Can I change my order after placing it?

Please email us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but once production has begun or the item has shipped, changes are not guaranteed.

Payments

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item?

Some items are eligible for return within 5 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn, unused, and in original condition.

 

Which items are final sale?

Custom, made-to-order, one-of-a-kind, and sale items are all final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

 

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will review and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Custom Requests

Can I request a custom piece?

We create a small number of custom pieces each season. If you have a design in mind, contact us and we’ll let you know if it can be accommodated. Custom pieces are final sale.

Product Notes

Will my handmade jewelry be exactly like the photos?

Because our pieces are handcrafted, subtle variations in texture, finish, or gemstone color may occur. These natural variations make each piece unique.

 

Are all pieces one-of-a-kind?

Many of our lost wax cast and gemstone bead pieces are one-of-a-kind, while some designs are available as made-to-order. Product descriptions note if a piece is one-of-a-kind.

 

How should I care for my jewelry?

To keep your jewelry looking its best:

Avoid water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals

Store in a dry, cool place

Clean gently with a soft cloth
