1. Processing Time

All jewelry is handmade with care. Processing times vary depending on the item purchased:

 

Ready-to-Ship Items

Orders are processed and shipped within 1– 6 business days.

 

Made-to-Order Items

Orders may take up to 4 weeks, as each piece is made specifically for you.

 

Processing time does not include shipping transit. Business days do not include weekends or Canadian public holidays.

 

 

2. Shipping Methods

We offer Standard and Express shipping options at checkout.

 

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected, destination, and carrier conditions. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

 

Orders are shipped via Canada Post or another trusted carrier. Tracking information will be provided when available.

 

 

3. International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.

 

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

 

Refused or unclaimed international shipments are not eligible for refunds.

 

 

4. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

 

  • Postal or courier service disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs inspections or processing delays

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

 

 

 

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

 

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist where possible with a carrier claim.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

 

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

 

 

 

7. Order Changes

If you need to request a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

 

We will do our best to accommodate requests when possible; however, changes are not guaranteed, especially once processing has begun or the order has shipped.

8. Order Cancellations

All orders are final. Cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed.
