Returns & Refunds

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our handmade jewelry, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

 

Each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. Please review product descriptions, sizing, and photos carefully before placing your order.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will only consider a replacement or refund if your item arrives damaged or incorrect.

 

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

 

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

  • Photos of the original packaging

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

 

 

3. Resolution for Approved Claims

If your claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:

 

  • Replace the item if available, or

  • Issue a refund to the original payment method

Refunds or replacements are processed only after the claim has been reviewed and approved.

 

 

4. What Is Not Considered Damage

The following are not eligible for refunds or replacements:

 

  • Natural variations in gemstones, color, or texture

  • Minor differences due to handmade production

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Tarnishing or oxidation over time

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or accidents

  • Damage reported after the item has been worn

  • Differences caused by screen or lighting variations

5. Shipping & Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for:

 

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist where possible.

6. International Orders

For orders shipped outside Canada:

 

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer

  • Refused or unclaimed shipments are not eligible for refunds

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Filing a dispute without contacting us may delay resolution.

 

 

8. Policy Acknowledgement

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this Returns & Refunds Policy.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the website.
